Property Management Fees:

  • Buy-to-Let Fee: 10% of the monthly rent (all-inclusive, no VAT). This covers all the essential services you need.
  • HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) Fee: 12% of the monthly rent (all-inclusive, no VAT). This option is ideal for landlords with shared housing.

Letting Fee:

  • Standard Letting Fee: 6% inclusive of VAT of the total rent due for the first year of the tenancy. If the tenancy is shorter than one year, this becomes 12% inclusive of VAT for the full term.
  • HMO Letting Fee: £350 per room. This applies to shared housing lettings.

Renewal Fee:

  • 4% per renewal of the renewed rental term. This covers the cost of extending a tenancy.
